Three unique, completely bespoke rugs were crafted by Newhey for Material Source Studio Manchester.
Comprising a mix of wool & viscose, each one-of-a-kind creation has been finished by hand.
The organic colour combinations take visual cues from our exhibition, This Is No Longer Speculative, featuring 24 bio and by-product based materials for a more sustainable built environment.

With this firmly in mind, grounded, earthy tones and textures culminate in a vibrant visual dance with green meeting gold, and red infused orange providing a warm and welcome pop to guests when they descend the Studio stairs.
Paired in the space with furniture by Gresham, whether used for work or socialising, calm and comfort exudes from every corner.

Newhey's Bespoke service is entirely tailored to each and every client. An online design archive, "where inspiration meets convenience" allows designers to explore an extensive catalogue where each pattern tells a story of creativity and craftsmanship.
Alternatively, a one-off creation can be conjured by Newhey's skilled team. So regardless of a project's scale or turnaround, there is an option to suit.
