This site is owned and operated by Material Source Ltd (Material Source, we or us). These terms and conditions govern your use of the materialsource.co.uk website (our Site), including but not limited to, the Material Source Directory, and govern your relationship with Material Source.

All activities and actions performed on our Site are subject to these terms and conditions. All users, both unregistered visitors and members, are subject to these terms and conditions. By using or contributing to or registering with our Site you enter into a binding contract with us on the following terms and conditions. Where such permission is granted we reserve the right in our sole discretion to withdraw such permission for any reason whatsoever and at any time. You agree to immediately remove the Material Source and/or MS name and/or logo from any Third Party Sites in the event that our permission is withdrawn and agree not to do anything which would or may harm the Material Source brand or the goodwill of Material Source.

Advertising and sponsorship

Advertisers and sponsors agree to ensure that material submitted for inclusion on our Site complies with any applicable national or international laws or regulations or codes. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies contained in advertising and sponsorship material.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove or refuse to publish any advertisement for any reason whatsoever at any time and without notice.
