Rebecca is currently Associate Director at Hydrock specialising in Smart Energy and Sustainability. She delivers expert advice on national and local level energy and sustainability policy to various sectors and has extensive experience in sustainable design and construction frameworks and securing carbon reductions towards net zero whilst maintaining a commercial and client focus.

Her passion lies in strategic advice to site masterplans for garden cities and new settlements as well as major residential, employment and NSIP sites to ensure the delivery of highly sustainable, forward thinking and climate resilient developments. This is employed through this period of significant change for energy, action on climate change and increasing consideration of health and well-being impacts.
