Katerina heads up ESG in the Real Estate team at Federated Hermes, leading the net-zero agenda across over £6bn of real estate portfolios. With over 10 years of experience in sustainability in the built environment, she focuses on developing holistic approaches in meeting environmental & social commitments and helping teams increase their ESG capability.
Previously, Katerina led portfolio-level ESG implementation plans, being responsible for the sustainability of several construction and urban regeneration projects in London.
Katerina holds a BSc in Management Science & Technology and an MSc in Applied Economics & Finance in Athens, and an MPhil in Environmental Policy at Cambridge.
