Located in the heart of London, Two Gresham is a landmark office building designed for "today’s agile, high-performing businesses".

Working alongside architects tp bennett and contractors Overbury, Material Source Studio Partner Radii delivered a refined Category B fit out across 22,000 sq ft for the new UK headquarters of a global financial institution. As you'll see in the images, the result is a sophisticated, future-facing workspace tailored to the needs of a dynamic international team.

Radii provided a tailored glazing package that supported the project’s ambition for a high-performance, luxurious working environment.

The workspace was defined using a combination of Radii's Linear 25 single glazed (Rw 39 dB) and Parallel 50 double glazed (Rw 45 dB) partition systems, both paired with precision-engineered Hogan glazed doors to ensure acoustic integrity and a seamless aesthetic.

To support the flow of the space, Radii's Glide sliding doors were installed alongside Linear 59 single glazed partitions, maintaining visual openness while delivering the same Rw 39 dB acoustic rating.

The solution also included Hogan 1.5 leaf doors and a bespoke set of Hogan double doors with auto operators for added functionality and accessibility.

All glazed systems were manufactured with a custom 'steel bronze' PPC finish, lending a refined and luxurious tone to the interior. A bespoke manifestation design completed the installation, balancing privacy with the building’s elegant architectural language.
