Workspace Design Show Amsterdam explores Activate the Senses theme.

Registration is now open for the upcoming Workspace Design Show, taking place on 5–6 November 2025 at RAI Amsterdam.
This year’s theme, Activate the Senses, invites attendees to experience the power of sensory design in shaping how we feel, focus, and function in the workplace.
Bringing together over 5,000 architects, designers, workplace strategists, and commercial interiors professionals, the show will spotlight the ideas, products, and solutions redefining the future of workspaces.
With 170+ brands, 120+ speakers, and five immersive feature spaces, the 2025 edition promises to offer everything from tactile materials and biophilic installations to scent, sound, and lighting environments that respond to the senses. The aim being to explore how design not only looks good — but can also feel, sound, and smell better.
The 2025 programme will showcase 35+ panel discussions from practices including OMA, MVRDV, UNStudio, Mecanoo, Gensler, Amazon, Booking.com, Adidas, ABN AMRO, Sanofi, AECOM, Casper Schwarz and many others. Across three dedicated conference stages, attendees will gain exclusive insights into how innovation, wellbeing, data, and design intersect in today’s evolving built environments. Visitors can get 'hands-on' with the latest workplace solutions in furniture, lighting, acoustics, biophilia, surfaces, and technology from brands including Material Source Studio Partners, Vepa.
This year’s specially commissioned sensory spaces are by practices such as UNStudio, Mecanoo, M Moser Associates, and Casper Schwarz Architects. And the Mood Board Contest is curated by Biophilic Design Academy. The FRAME Awards will also take place live at the event, celebrating excellence and innovation in interiors from around the world.
From interactive installations to design-forward talks, the Workspace Design Show 2025 edition is "a celebration of how interiors can activate the senses and transform the way we work, collaborate, and connect."
