AI: Are you ready for digital transformation?
13 November 2025
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic concept - it's a driving force reshaping the built environment today. From generative design to smart material specification and project automation, AI is transforming how we conceive, plan, and execute architectural and interior design projects.
This seminar allows architects and interior designers to explore the profound implications of AI and digital transformation across the architecture, design, and property sector. Our panel, combined with our usual audience interaction, will unpick:
- What AI really means for design – Clarifying hype versus reality, and how tools like machine learning, data-driven design, and automation are already being used
- Changing workflows and roles – How AI is redefining the roles of architects, interior designers, and project teams
- Opportunities and challenges – Identifying areas where AI enhances creativity, sustainability, and efficiency
- Practical adoption – What you can start doing now to future-proof your practice and stay relevant in an evolving industry.
Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already adopting AI, this seminar is designed to challenge perspectives and equip you with a practical understanding of what digital transformation means for your practice.
Workplace: What is it six years after Covid?
4 December 2025
Six years after the world was thrust into remote work, the workplace is still in flux. Is it a destination, a mindset, or something in between?
From open-plan offices to hybrid hubs, from home studios to third spaces - what do we really understand about how people work best today?
In this one-hour session, we bring together leading voices from the world of work to examine what the workplace has become, and where it’s going. Is the post-Covid experiment over, or just beginning? What have we learned about people, productivity, and place? And can design lead the way in bringing clarity to a rapidly evolving landscape?
Whether you’re shaping workplaces or making strategic property decisions, this session will challenge assumptions, ignite new thinking, and leave you better equipped for what’s next.
We will focus on the following areas:
- Define the current state of the workplace and what "hybrid" really means today
- Explore employee and employer expectations - and the design implications of both
- Unpack the role of architecture and interiors in building flexible, human-centric spaces
- Examine how emerging forces - AI, sustainability, wellness, EDIB - are reshaping the brief
- Aim to conclude with a framework for future-ready workplace strategies.
Our 2026 Seminar programme will be announced for all Studios in the coming weeks. More details to follow.
