Denimolite

Denimolite is a unique composite material made from fashion waste and denim off-cuts, combined with a plant-based bio-resin.

Denimolite collaborates directly with fashion brands to diversify their waste management processes, transforming industry off-cuts into imaginative solid surface products.

Denimolite is available in fully customisable sheets and panels, as well as a variety colors, finishes, sizes shapes, and thicknesses to suit a myriad of built environment based projects.

Its Full Format Panels offer versatile solutions architectural projects, furniture design, and kitchen counters. With beautifully decorated veneer and cladding options, these panels elevate any space with both style and functionality. Maximum size of panel is 2.9m x 0.9m.

Whilst Denimolite's Medium Format Slabs can be utilised to craft customised shapes for furniture and product design. Designers are able to specify bespoke, made to order tables using the material. ​ Perfectly suited to smaller-scale application, Denimolite tiles are available in 460mm x 95mm format and a number of thicknesses.

Certifications: Mechanical properties independently tested. Tested against: ASTM - D 3039/D 3039M – 00e1. Modulus of Elasticity - 3955 +/- 932 MPa. Tensile Strength (yield) - 27.9 +/- 3.2 MPa. Tensile Strength (break) - 25.9 +/- 5.4 MPa. Elongation at Break - 0.8 +/- 0.1 %. Shore D Hardness - 85HD. Resin carbon content independently verified independently certified using Carbon 14 measurements ASTN D6866 or XP CEN/TS16640.
