A prolonged period of mandatory remote work prompted Brussels Airlines to reevaluate its office usage.

The results spurred a transformation of its offices into multifunctional work and meeting areas, with CAPTIF Office Architects’ tasked with designing and creating an inspiring environment where colleagues could collaborate and feel at home.

Contributing to the promotion of a positive ambience, lumenear supplied its Toad & Line lamps, combining sleek, modern design with effective soundproofing to encourage a warm, inviting atmosphere.

CAPTIF Office Architects had a timeline of just eight months for concept through to completion.

The resulting space achieves the desired look and feel, with an extra benefit being views of the runway.

After the project was completed, Brussels Airlines conducted an employee satisfaction survey, which revealed "overwhelmingly positive feedback". The spacious, light-filled offices were described as "a highly enjoyable workplace".
