Camira launches brand-new colours for its popular bouclé - Yoredale.

Responding to the growing demand for their British wool based bouclé, Camira has launched new spring-time colourways for their Yoredale portfolio.

First introduced to the Camira collection in 2019, Yoredale is set to have a fresh and optimistic new spectrum for Spring 2023. Expanding the product’s palette to 33 colourways, the collection will deliver an introduction of pastels, neutrals, denim blues, and rusted reds.

A fabric inspired, designed, and made in the company’s home of Yorkshire, England, Yoredale takes its name from the ancient title of Wensleydale, a picturesque dale in the county. Woven from British wool, the fabric contains an innovative black binder yarn which highlights the texture of the bouclé and creates an appealing visual detail.

Certified for use in commercial and residential environments, Yoredale appeals to the home, hospitality, and workplace - the new colour palette developed to reflect the blurred boundary world of today’s interiors.

Senior Designer at Camira, Hayley Barrett led the colour development for Yoredale and has commented on the new shades.

These tones have been carefully developed to appeal to the way we live and work today. They are are soft, delicate shades that instantly sooth, welcome and ground us. It’s a palette for now, but it also has timeless tones - Hayley Barrett
