Bespoke Krokbragd Rugs: Angie’s signature handwoven rugs take the traditional Scandinavian weaving technique to a new level with her skill twists on this time honoured technique, giving it a contemporary look.

For the first time, these two are delighted to be together with Design Nation at Decorex, Olympia London , 6-9 October 2019 on stand J170.

Jonathan Rose and Angie Parker met whilst exhibiting at Design Junction with Design Nation in 2018. A mutual admiration for each others distinctive style and immediate friendship made this new collaboration a refreshing and enjoyable experience for both. Playing to each other strengths they worked well together to bring the first pieces of a new partnership for Decorex 2019 and look forward to taking this project forward.

Angie Parker is a Bristol based, award-winning weaver who designs and weaves exquisite rugs and textiles for lovers of colour. After training as a rug weaver at art college Angie was initially side-tracked by a career in costume for theatre and television. The arrival of three daughters brought about the opportunity for her to revisit her passion for weave and colour and she has spent the last 5 years establishing a niche brand working on commissions and exhibiting her textiles in contemporary craft galleries, selling her work directly and through interior designers.
