CPD Days: A new initiative by Material Source Studio launches to support specifiers.

Material Source Studio was founded to support you as specifiers: architects; interior designers; property professionals. We’ve made it our mission to understand you and your needs through a constant, ongoing feedback loop. And that informs all that we do.

In collaboration with our Studio Partners, we seek to make your professional lives easier. By connecting you to the products and materials you need, when you need them. Underpinned with all the information you require to pass onto your clients as part of the specification process.

With all of this said, we have launched a brand-new initiative: CPD Days.

What are CPD Days?

Across all 3 Material Source Studio locations in Manchester, Glasgow and London, after the initial pilot on 5 October, (then on the first Monday of every month from 2027 onwards), you can create your own CPD/Lunch & Learn agenda, taking part in as many sessions as you’d like, all in one go, in one day.

We have launched this initial pilot day as a way of testing the format to see what's worked for you, what you'd perhaps like to see more of, to allow us to tailor our CPD Days even more personally to you. This is in reflection of our our mission to understand your needs, and support you at every stage of specification.

To alleviate the time pressures of product exploration and knowledge capturing, from January 2027, we will then dedicate a CPD Day every month to supporting you in meeting your CPD quotas (RIBA and BIID), while allowing you to benefit from everything else we have to offer at Material Source Studio.

How many sessions can I attend in the day?

You can choose from up to 9 sessions. This includes a mixture of CPDs and Lunch & Learns – including RIBA and BIID approved.

When are the CPD Days starting?

We have our first CPD Day launching on 5 October 2026 in Manchester, Glasgow and London.

From 2027, we will host a CPD Day every month (on the first Monday of the month) in all our Studio locations simultaneously.
